1. Date of issue of forms: 23/07/2024 to 25/07/2024

2. Date of Submission of forms: 23/07/2024 to 25/07/2024

           Time : 10.30 a.m. to 3.00 p.m.

N.B. Candidates must submit the following documents at the time of submission of Forms.

1. CET Score Card.

2. HSLC Admit Card.

3. Dibrugarh University Registration Certificate.

4. All Mark sheets and Certificates from HSLC onwards.

5. One Copy of Passport size photo.

6. Caste Certificate/ EWS Certificate (if any).
